Magnificent.

讀的其實是美國版（會有不一樣？）比起上一本自傳少瞭許多奇聞逸事鬥爭八卦，但由一個天生的領袖來講帶領球隊的故事也饒有趣味。坦白說爵爺的理念相當的old school瞭，但比如領導而非管理，比如great leader needs to be a salesman，比如對每一批年輕人的引導和激勵，仍然可以投射到現在的團隊中來。

這本書主要迴答的問題是“執教世界頂級球會是怎樣一種體驗，有什麼心得”^o^ 這是Sir Alex Ferguson本人和Michael Moritz閤著的書，由於例子大部分是關於足球，非球迷就不推薦瞭。但如果你碰巧是個leader又是曼聯球迷，這本書就是為你而寫的瞭。
