评分读过《Tipping point》 和《Outlier》这两本书的话，就不必再读这本了。马叔毕竟是从广告行业发迹，写作风格和主题可以概括为 “意料之外，情理之中”，总是很能吸引人眼球就是了。 整部书里我个人认为值得一读的只有两章：The Talent myth: are smart people overrated? 可以对麦肯锡选拔评价人才的标准做少许了解。 The New boy network: what do job interview really tell us? 在海外读书的同学们可以了解一下老外面试的套路，即structured interview 的标准问题和一些标准答案。虽然我觉得发明这些问题的人真的是很反人性了。
