四肢发达+善于思考，作者真·大神

潜意识中总觉得这种管理类的专业书，太过功利，也不务实和接地气。但是，一段时间，看一本，感觉还是蛮有收获。对于你很多觉得理所当然的道理，也是理论上的梳理。还不错，很赞。另外，这本书关于在伊拉克的军事行动的描述，很吸引人。

有一句话映像深刻：Performance standard is not what you preach, but what you tolerate. 管理团队，注定会有艰难的谈话，每个成员都完美运作只是 wishful thinking。

战场上的决策失误小则关乎生死，大则国破家亡，最强的领导力训练就是军队了吧。
