评分前面理论部份干货不多,不如施瓦辛格的全面。扫了后面自重练习,没法准确到部位,安全性也不好。感觉还是器械为主,确实不能去健身房再自重比较好。
评分理念很好,特别是靠自身体重练肌肉和靠肌肉来自然减肥。在家做gym,家具质量要非常好。
评分前半本关于健身的一些理论非常值得一读,后半部分关于exercise的动作归类还不如网上的fitnesspal的视频更容易理解。
