評分徒手健身方法,徒手訓練法最吸引人的地方在於訓練器材(Your own body)隨時可得,不用逼自己買專用器材或者去健身房。作者對跑步健身持否定的態度,這點不大認同。

評分拿到书以后才发现,天朝兵营里锻炼体能也用的这一套,至少在我那个时候。只不过我朝更偏重数量而非质量,一来数字听着过瘾,显得牛逼烘烘,二是为了让你难受。练就一身如影随形般偷懒耍滑的小动作几乎是救命良药,回过头来再想改……卧槽……
