201403,很有启发性的书,有些成功不是偶然。

其实我对business的书一向兴趣浓厚,但是企业文化这东西对我来说就很扯蛋了。关于invest in people的部分感触不大,但是embrace resistence这一章比较有趣,举了一些好玩的例子,比如“在茶文化的国度里如何推行咖啡”,“在敌对文化的区域,如何消除误解”等等。

花了3个多月,总算读完第二本原版书籍(由于第一本是台湾人写的,所以还是这本比较正宗)
