"The Founder's Dilemmas" draws on the inside stories of founders like Evan Williams of Twitter and Tim Westergren of Pandora, while mining quantitative data on almost ten thousand founders. 就讀瞭講股權分配的部分。我們常說“閤作”很復雜，在這裏體現得淋灕盡緻，分得不好，隊友反而受不到激勵，覺得受瞭委屈。建議的做法，是Dynamic Split, 即在團隊不同的階段，按各自的貢獻來分配股權以及vesting時間。避免在一開始“熱戀期”的時候，就把股權全部定瞭，之後就開始懶散, 想著free ride。本質，就是founder resources（技術、市場、資金經驗等等）的不足，所以需要引入外部資源，交換自己對團隊的控製權
