大部分认同。工作是靠用心而不是用力。不过我虽然不怎么加班但是上下班路上，洗澡，游泳经常都在思考工作的事情，其实也挺累的。

观点特立独行，说出了主流媒体和书籍没有说过的声音。作者也不是纸上谈兵，其创业公司真真实实地践行着这套理论和思维，其产品深受客户喜爱。读完以后主要感受 1. 成功并不一定要疯狂，反而要平静（Calm）。 2. 体量大，市值高并一定就是成功。别失去控制，做真正想做的事，能真正解决问题的产品，别被投资人和市场左右。 3. 十分赞同作者的一个观点，说“Yes”很容易，说“No”很难。不要承诺，承诺使事情变得失控，让生活变得疯狂。请保持平静。

跟他们以前的书比好像没太多新内容也可能是平时在他们blog或Twitter已经看过某些观点；赚钱、小团队、可以远程、不加班、夏天只上四天班、很少开会，他们描写了自己这家可以吸引很多人的公司，然后说“我们现在不招人” ????

Basecamp和阿里比，简直就是天平的两个极端。我只能说，对中国来说，无疑是阿里更适合中国国情，因为，人性需要被管理，不能被充分信任。btw, 好想听听 basecamp的员工是什么体感。如真如CEO所说这般，那么这么好的公司，那在职场上，真的是人类自由之光了。

现在看章节标题和长度就能大概知道是 basecamp 又出书了 ???? 从号召人们从OT中解放出来的角度切入，重申了一些在 rework 和 remote 里声明过的观点
