写得妙！简直和看悬疑小说一样。商场如战场，血腥多灾。Holmes虽能将诸大佬玩弄于股掌，但没能力研发产品、没能力管理公司，最终身败名裂。同时看到了言论自由的重要性。记者即是战士，舍命报道。

集硅谷startup反面案例之大成，终于出版了。一晚上啃一半，爱不释手

类似政治惊悚剧，写得非常精彩，作者开始调查后的几章节奏尤其好。主要聚焦于Theranos对内的混乱管理以及对外的谎言和bully。可惜作者没有进一步采访那些被忽悠的和没有被忽悠的VC或者董事会成员，因此也难以真正理解创始人的魅力和缺陷在哪里。本书遗留的问题挺多：初创公司如何平衡科研和商业化，生命科学的热潮究竟有多可靠，如何界定商业秘密和NDA的范围，违法行为本身是否可以受到商业机密法律的保护（个人感到在中国是不受保护的）。希望可以看到更多法律分析（但大概没什么人愿意看）。总的想法是，尽职调查真的很重要！
