發現父親有抑鬱癥的時候，我開始瘋狂的尋找這方麵的書。因為這本書不厚，所以很快就讀完瞭。我想作者把自己的痛苦坦白的時候應該是用瞭很大的勇氣，但是當他開始掏齣自己心肺把自己的經曆寫齣來的時候，心裏應該也是流血的，在那些字裏行間是可以看到痛苦。這不是一本分析抑鬱癥的書，更加不是一本尋找結果或者治療方法的書，是一本對自己抑鬱癥反思，感受的書，他告訴你他經曆過什麼，他是怎樣堅持，最重要的他說到瞭愛。我喜歡這本簡短的書，也是一本我很想嘗試翻譯的書，因為他給瞭我鼓勵，告訴我我應該要怎樣去愛，支持我的父親。
