不知为何，看完之后，有一种很痛苦的感觉。

“起源”在伊甸园里，“开端”在伊甸园外。人类自己的历史，其实就是重建这座乐园的历程。所以“开端”是人类创建自己不朽的起点，它是唯一的，但每个人却都理应创造一个。而萨义德的这本“开端”，其实更像是一本主题式的论集，写得很是恣意，不够集中可能是个问题，但看得很过瘾。
