可能翻译有一些问题，使得我对这本书的理解有些问题。当然，更重要的还是我对西方历史的欠账：从这个方面来说，这是我的问题，不能太多的寻找客观原因。因为，正如阅读卡尔·波兰尼的《大转型》一样，历史的欠账使得对这一类书籍的阅读变成了走马观花。但是，我还是要强调...
