這是我十多年來讀過最好的書，也許是因為我也在創業的途中。我在想中國的文化那麼早熟但是為什麼現在中國人的心智為什麼這麼不成熟，外國二十歲就有我們三十甚至四十歲的水平，大傢的聰明纔智，精力是不是都用在瞭考試上瞭吧，用在升官拍馬屁，爾虞我詐，吃吃喝喝，考tofel，gre瞭吧，等我們三四十歲時已經無力改變什麼瞭。我們是什麼都不相信除瞭名利，我們的成長和環境是不是有問題。

前麵講故事看得挺好玩，隻是感覺他寫書的時候還太年輕，包括他早期沒有清晰的目標，隻是追著錢跑，但是大多數人都如此。由此而來的他個人思考和轉變還是挺值得看。後半部分加入企業文化就看得我經常想跳過瞭，雖然有些員工的故事挺好玩，但是寫作風格不一樣，與整體有斷裂感。
