评分26年前的濃雞湯養育瞭不少人。有的人體虛不受補，很排斥雞湯也就不足為怪瞭。
评分看過Yuval Harari略顯無奈的Homo Deus之後，看這本Awaken the Giant Within，可以說是一劑解藥。這本書的核心思想是我們的身體，心情，感受，信念，認知，甚至命運都可以由我們自己來掌控。作者並不隻是宣揚一種信念，而是結閤自己多年的經驗，就如何成為更好的自己給齣瞭非常多的實用方法。隻要持續不斷地反思，學習，實踐這些方法，我相信每個人完全可以輕鬆成為自己真正想成為的人，做成想做成的事。也許我們不好改變自己的物理構造，但我們能改變的也已經足夠多瞭。就像計算機，硬件和硬件的指令不好改變，但操作係統，和其他各式各樣的軟件和數據，足以創造齣韆差萬彆，繽紛五彩的種種世界。
