I have been reading this book from Tony for a while, it is a long book and requires time and focus if you want to absorb maximum result from it. I have to say, this is one of the best books that I have read so far. Tony used his own examples and explained his knowledge obtained from other successful people, telling a story that everyone has a giant

评分看过Yuval Harari略显无奈的Homo Deus之后，看这本Awaken the Giant Within，可以说是一剂解药。这本书的核心思想是我们的身体，心情，感受，信念，认知，甚至命运都可以由我们自己来掌控。作者并不只是宣扬一种信念，而是结合自己多年的经验，就如何成为更好的自己给出了非常多的实用方法。只要持续不断地反思，学习，实践这些方法，我相信每个人完全可以轻松成为自己真正想成为的人，做成想做成的事。也许我们不好改变自己的物理构造，但我们能改变的也已经足够多了。就像计算机，硬件和硬件的指令不好改变，但操作系统，和其他各式各样的软件和数据，足以创造出千差万别，缤纷五彩的种种世界。

评分26年前的浓鸡汤养育了不少人。有的人体虚不受补，很排斥鸡汤也就不足为怪了。
