This book is a translation of a classic work of modern social and political thought, Elements of the Philosophy of Right. 格奧爾格·威廉·弗裏德裏希·黑格爾（Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel，1770年8月27日—1831年11月14日），德國哲學傢，齣生於今天德國西南部符騰堡州首府斯圖加特。18歲時，他進入圖賓根大學（符騰堡州的一所新教神學院）學習，在那裏，他與荷爾德林、謝林成為朋友，同時，為斯賓諾莎、康德、盧梭等人的著作和法國大革命深深吸引。1801年，30歲的黑格爾任教於耶拿大學，直到1829年，就任柏林大學校長。 1831年在德國柏林去世。

這實現瞭的話像一個保留私有製的社會主義國傢…

讀完至第270節。Hegel哲學的前提我是一點都不感冒，但是不得不說他在區分form-content，subject-object上的做法令人耳目一新。第一個將social norm和人造物的imperfection考慮進去的哲學傢。隱隱約約可以在海德格爾上看見一些Hegel的痕跡。在state和civil society的立場上，我更支持馬剋思的分析，但直覺上偏好公領域和私領域的分離，即使代價是馬剋思所言的egoism…也許我不該放棄思考。

評分☆☆☆☆☆

黑格爾有關國傢和（積極）自由的討論，其實不難從其邏輯學中推測齣來。所以讀到這些內容時並無太大震撼。真正讓我感到嘆為觀止的是他對羅馬法和民法的精深理解。莫說是哲學傢，就算科班齣身的法理學傢也難以望其項背。
