翻了目录和前面几章，感觉大部分基础知识就是运动生理学的而且写的简单，看中文书，关于关注的跑姿写的并不多，面很全，但各个板块都不深入，力量部分和营养部分也都简单，只告诉你要跑多少却没讲怎么跑，幸亏没买

阿妹和汉僧，以及丹尼尔的计划比起来，对首马更适合一点。介绍了很多关于跑步的基础知识，阿妹55和70都跟过，效果不错。

在看过几本翻译的体育书籍后，明白一个道理，这种相对不畅销的专业书，在中国的现状下，估计是没人会好好翻译的，只能看原版。

This book is very helpful to anyone who is interested in taking their marathon training a little further . It is fairly detailed, yet understandable. The graphs of stretching demo are best of best I have ever seen . Well worth the read!
