这本书还不错,从项目整理上对交互设计的流程有一个比较全面的介绍,不区分实体产品设计还是网络产品设计还是服务设计,比较通用的方法论体系。接手新东西的时候,可以作为很好的理论参考,不过要是深入了解各方面,还是要看更细化的书。
