中文版的花哨封面让我好几天都不想翻开这本书来看，可一翻开就停不住了，作者的文笔跟写《寻路中国》的何伟确实有些相似，她的所见所闻都以食物为线索，对各阶层人的接触和评价都很平实又不乏个性和趣味。作为中国人，通过她的眼睛看我们熟悉的这个社会，重新用心去品尝食物的...  

不知道书名是谁翻译的，当初一见之下差点就要放弃这本书。 书名实在烂俗，《寻味中国》——让人联想到何伟的《寻路中国》，而副标题更是灾难，“一个华裔美国女孩的中国美食大冒险”，一看就是无病呻吟或大惊小怪甚至误会重生的文章。 然而，拿起又放下，放下又重新拾起本书后...  

习惯性力荐，还没看到这本书。饮食文化的作品，是我最爱。有电子版的试阅读，最有趣的是作者不光是品尝美食，还在中国学餐饮学校学习做菜，还去考了中国认可的厨师证。不过电子书好贵滴~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

在开始介绍之前，先说一点题外话。 题外话：当美食文成为潮流，看到这本《寻味中国》的标题以及副标题，真心让人反胃。副标题是——一个华裔美国女孩的中国美食大冒险。如果一定要说这句话里有一个正确的词，应该是“华裔美国女孩”。而这本书的英文名《SERVE THE PEOPLE》（...
