Really hard to understand, but it is a great piece of Dworkin~

Great piece to attack Hart's rule of recognition! BUT I really surrendered when I came across Hard Cases and the Right Thesis to look for secondary materials...  

不知道是否是因为译者经过了中国大陆一段比较艰难混乱的历史，导致其没有受到系统的外语教育。总体感觉这书翻译得太过生硬，病句连篇。或是语序不通，或是句式杂糅。感觉就像是对于英文原有结构的生硬套译，没有进行理解，以及进行适合中国人阅读习惯的调整，最终导致整个文本...
