挺不错的一本工具书:开篇用一些极端案例说明了习惯的力量,核心论点是“习惯由cue routine reward三种元素构成,要改变习惯得从改变它们做起”…书中间举了很多商业案例,最后还探讨了下ethical的方面,所以比单纯的工具书又多了点学术性,很完整
