Kroc 先生一生都在践行自己这句话"As long as you’re green you’re growing, as soon as you’re ripe you start to rot.”52岁的时候，大多数人准备退休了，他开启了新的职业征程，开启麦当劳事业。婚姻上也毫不逊色，62岁时爱上Joni, 67岁时俩人成了。

Ray Kroc真是一个有性格的人。从卖纸杯打汁机起家，年过半百才开启新的征程。早期事业发展的重重困境看来对任何startup都是一样的，在《鞋狗》里面也有类似的困境，资金周转困难，遇到奇葩的合作伙伴。中后期则是调整公司战略和人事结构。哪怕在七八十岁的高龄，Ray也是天天办公。真是太热爱了！
