评分實話實說我感覺比較一般,話題是老生常談瞭,睡覺很重要,重要到睡不好會導緻種種疾病甚至死亡。也可能是我get不到當中的邏輯。前幾個月開始聽,一直很催眠,到今天終於決定聽完。也許催眠就達成瞭這本書的目的吧。睡前讀紙質書和電子書還是有差的,讀電子書會抑製身體釋放melatonin。不用錯覺自己insomnia,being sleep deprived is not insomnia。不過being sleep deprived也沒有比insomnia好到哪裏去。

评分這是一本安利睡覺的書。十四個小時說瞭一句話:睡得好讓你精神好、心情好、學習好、顔值高、胖不瞭、創意足、掙錢多、省醫療、開車安全、少得癌晚癡呆、死不瞭。反過來就是說,不好好睡覺會讓你變胖、變醜、變學渣、差領導、開車危險、抑鬱跑不瞭、男的蛋蛋變小娘娘化生不瞭、早癡呆多得癌、老得快、死得早。
