评分如果只读一本有关睡眠的书,那么就读这本吧。说句老实话,这样有这严谨研究之后的书应该好好看纸质书的,可以做一点关键的笔记。但是大致的意思就是好好睡觉,因为睡眠对人的生理和心理健康都非常重要。希望作者能够更加多地叙述一下如何提高睡眠质量。当然,这个也是每个人缺乏睡眠的理由不一样。按照书中提到的建议做到,更不容易。一起努力吧。
