說實話，真的也就這樣，沒什麼特彆的見解。更多的可能就是要人海戰術，站齣去，多見人。。。

略顯囉嗦，有說教傾嚮，但給齣瞭很多有用的建議和操作指南。你想要的親密關係是什麼樣的？現在的單身生活有哪些讓你滿意以及不滿的地方？是什麼妨礙瞭你進入一段親密關係？這些問題來自於外界還是自我？我是什麼樣的一個人？balabala。即便不把這本手冊當做“脫單指南”來用，關於自我認知的相關內容也讓它值得一看。 P.S. 這本書也在我的kindle裏麵躺瞭四年瞭，中間每次打開也就看個十幾頁，這一次終於一口氣讀完瞭剩餘的內容。
