#深度學習——不帶明確目標，缺乏效率與深度的學習都隻是一種自我滿足。本書最具啓發意義的一點在於把“時間”要素引入學習的過程中，從最基本的5分鍾晨間計劃，到建立良好學習環境對抗拖延，再到保持良好的休息和娛樂時間，這些都與時間有關——把時間當作朋友是高效學習的基礎。書中介紹的學習和寫作技巧雖然基礎但是實用，不僅適用於校園生活，泛用性強。說到底，人類是愛玩和懶惰的，在不違背天性的基礎上，如何用最少的時間達到學習目標纔是重中之重，給作者點贊。
