不是那个很萌很搞笑的贴的出处。也有亮段子不过没有一个比那贴好笑。更像是真正的庭审实录。Fractured moment嘛，也不都是笑点，也有冷场点......

對這本並不是格外感興趣，特別閒的時候當作笑話書來讀的（其實也就類似笑話集嘛）；選修那幾門法律研究的時候看到裡面的某些橋段的確會會心一笑～不過作者本身是本著收集法庭幽默事件為目的撰寫的專欄然後合集出的這本書，內容不算貧乏卻欠缺文采。
