个人感觉Cash cow（BCG Matrix）、Richness and Reach这两个方面分析的很好，非常经典。。。不足之处，感觉部分材料还是有些过时，尤其是在new economy的大环境下。capacity-based competition部分对Toyota的生产方式的分析感觉也不是很清晰。总之，还是一本关于战略管理咨询的好书。

评分在读，给四星如此高分的原因是发觉读着不费劲。。。。
评分没什么可说的，大名鼎鼎的BCG战略咨询书，相当经典。
