Naomi Wolf 很多時候隻是在輸齣觀點，論據不強，優點也在於學術性不強，沒有門檻容易理解，這本書可以當做對女性的啓濛和呼籲，畢竟身處美容美妝減肥狂熱中的女性，看完這本書或多或少都會有一些覺醒。
