目前國內對CRM的瞭解還僅僅是一個初級階段,看看這本書挺有好處。裏麵的文章都是經過大量的研究得齣來的結論,因此很受益。 我最喜歡的是FIRING UP THE FRONTLINE,講的是怎樣讓前綫的員工更好地跟公司同一個步伐,make something great happen!
