為今年的訓練讀的,理論不算很復雜:要有足夠量的簡單跑,強度訓練之間隔一天簡單跑,周末長跑難度不要太高,否則很難恢復。剩下的就是努力訓練啦。

這個老外不囉嗦,滿滿的乾貨,具有可操作性,雖然理論基礎講的較弱,正因為較弱,纔易讀啊!

覺得訓練理念很契閤,譬如每周至少五次跑,積纍疲勞度後再做周末長跑等。因為對自己的起點不太自信,所以今年並沒有嚴格遵照訓練計劃,沒有任何tampo run, interval run,隻是一直easy run,想著周圍的那麼多大大小小的坡與山,大約也能起到一點作用。想著年底到春天把convict conditioning過一遍,再迴到Hanson Method。沒想到今年結果驚人!居然PR瞭一個小時,也跑進瞭Boston Qualifying Time。
