He was a musician of great creativity, but also an extraordinary character and, after his death, a legend for generations of fans who continue to adore him. John Lennon has been this and much more: his life was too short for him to fully express all the talent he possessed, but in spite of this he wrote some of the most beautiful and famous songs of the 20th Centruy.
