作为一个自以为可以泰山崩于前而面不改色的佛系后妈，我得说这本书让我少见地焦虑了一阵——焦虑大概不是正确的词，应该是觉得绝望。也就是不管你怎么做，孩子的人生轨迹并不是你能左右的，是，你可以影响，但你不可以左右。作为父母，无论你多么想要替他们扫去道路上的障碍，很多时候，你就是做不到，只能接受人生里到处都是大坑，能绕过去还是直接掉进去取决于一命二运三风水。虽然说得这么绝望，但实际上他们故事的收稍是很好的，可以听听父子俩前些年的Fresh Air访谈。书的本身非常非常感人，父亲文笔非常好，读有声书的人把情绪掌握得恰到好处，短句，辗转起伏的心情，绝望又不能不牵挂，看不到尽头还要继续生活，强推。电影我还没看，但打算看。
