TFM 只读了substitute for tradition这一章

文笔确实有点晦涩

1、梁启超的思想几经变化，但列文森认为梁启超的几度转向，都是基于“中国如何与西方平起平坐”这个问题之上，而这个问题，也是一个时代的知识分子都在思考的问题，因为通过梁启超，实际上能够反映一个时代的思想风貌。 2、与此同时，虽说梁启超与同时代的知识分子试图回答同样的“问题”，但这个问题却经历着变化，或者说，不同时代的人关于这个“question”的“idea”有着不同的含义。3、history和value之间冲突的提出是本书最杰出的攻陷。4、将“传统”与“现代”截然二分，过于强调梁启超思想的断裂性，依然没有脱离费正清的“冲击——反应”学说的窠臼。5、这本书的章节设置特别适合强迫症阅读：全书按照时间顺序总共分为三个部分，每部分有两个章节，第一章介绍这一时期梁启超的活动，第二章分析梁启超的思想。
