Pretty much what I'm doing now, actionable advice: act as though you're permanently moving abroad. 不過我好像是真的因為這些年一直在搬傢，搬城市，搬國傢的關係。
评分I spent a few hours glossing over the book, skipped the third part. I find it very ironic: all these authors including that Japanese lady who promote the idea of minimalism yet have a super cluttered writing style. I really like the minimalism concept and want to practice it to every aspect of life
评分Declutter的部分講的相當細緻，略微囉嗦，跳過瞭很多；看瞭很有整理欲；最後Lifestyle的部分就有點天真有點扯瞭；本以為是本心靈雞湯結果是本工具書。
评分我覺得這本書寫的不好
评分現在看這本書實在太及時瞭！新生活，新改變。丟棄物理的stuff，換取精神的寜靜。how to 內容上沒什麼新意，但是關於why，可以說是把一直的想法串聯起來。趁著搬傢實現之。
