我开始想人们在日常生活中做出的某个不经意的决定，其背后有什么东西隐藏着呢？神秘，又让人无法否认。

每读完一篇要喘口气，最后一篇特意留在几个月后读。结果，没读明白。门罗用简洁日常的口吻讲述故事，轻轻带过残暴，使我如同睡梦中遭遇强震，对生活恐惧，失望，却总达不到绝望，它的文字里自始至终有种永恒性的宁静存在，似乎在消解着残暴。到头来是生活溶解了残暴，还是残暴毁掉了生活？

my personal favourtie would be "free radical" but the last one with the title name too much happiness perhaps expresses&explores more, considering that it's not just based on a true story, it is a true story

最喜欢Wenlock Edge，they didn't know they had it in them. 感觉Munro也是这样的，看似轻巧地写出人心隐蔽的角落，那些我们有但不知道自己有的。最后一篇感觉明显不同，和她别的fiction太不一样了，不过也使我们从另一个角度了解什么是吸引门罗的题材。

我不知道该怎样给这本书打分。门罗的小说绝对一流，但翻译实在是……。。门罗的文字冷静，却不晦涩。精确，却并不难懂。如果准确翻译，忠实地翻译就够了，根本不会让人时常觉得读得云里雾里。门罗是直抵人心的，故弄玄虚并不是她的目的。以《温洛岭》这篇前十页为例： 1、73...
