真是头一次碰上原著跟电影这么一模一样... 虽然文字本身的优势弥补了很多，心理描写让整个故事更细腻生动，但是并没能带来更多。

Like the prose, humor,& smoothly alternating perspectives. Like the conceit of checking in each year, speeding time up. Enjoy the coming-of-age narrative of jobs, relationships, family, children. A feel good romcom sobfest plot after all. The pull/love between them unconvincing. Nicholls said he wouldn't write the twist (girl dies) today - agreed.

拿起书的时候我以为是爱情故事，放下书的时候我才了解这是人生指南。我看到时间的力量，把年轻、相互渴望和大起大落的心情换成平缓的幸福和偶尔的争吵；我看到爱情的力量，把两个价值不同、兴趣不同、分头探索生活又总是错过的人连在一起；我看到死亡的力量，Emma Mayhew dies。她所思考感受到的一切都全部消失在这个世界上；我看到文字的力量，Emma Morley was like a really nice friend.Dexter收拾她的东西，看到各种照片、信件在眼前展露她的一生的时候，我也很难过。我也终于明白电影为何没有小说好看。爱情中所有口是心非、说不出口的期望是小说的精彩之处，然后电影中都隐没在两位主演的美貌之下，无处可寻。

是先看的电影，很久才买了书来看。最初看电影的时候，是被一段简介吸引的，大意是说，一对相互了解的异性好友，尽管有着迥然不同的经历，但是约好了在二十年里，每一年都会选择一天来单独相处，以与爱情无关的方式，来分享自己的人生，但最后他们走到了一起。看完简介就...  

花了一个半月看完了原版。这是继大三寒假看完Jane Eyre之后坚持看完的第二本原版书。之前看电影的时候就超级想看原著的，终于做到啦~ 总体来说，电影很忠实于原著。读起来不是很艰涩，作者用了很多通感的手法（我居然还记得这个修辞= =），词句很美。描写最后Emma车祸后的那个...
