看了很多实操性的育儿书之后，读一下从生理学、生物学角度出发的讲解大脑是如何发育和运作的，有一种“原来是因为我们的动物性所以才需要这样去做”的领悟。还是很帮助内化之前学到的所有“招数”。尤其情绪那两章是在其他地方没有读到的。
评分科普+育儿。对我来说，比较清晰地了解了大脑从形成、生长，到思维与行为的形成过程，可以因此观照自己的行为，找出深层次一点的原因，并加以纠正。为了更好的自己！
