书籍出版于2008年，主要目标读者是美国民众。作者是灵媒，信奉上帝，大学时研究全世界的宗教，出版有多本面向大众的著作。书籍内容主要围绕世界末日展开，全书八章，作者的预言在第七章，时间幅度从2008年至2100年，关于疾病的两个重要预测，一个是2010年美国的致命细菌，以及2020年的影响世界的神密病毒。其他有意思的预测，08-20年，一任美国总统在办公室中风而死，副总统继位后对朝鲜发动战争，在任期结束前被刺杀。20年开始，美国三权分立中的立法机构吸收行政职责，民主党共和党等党派不复存在，转变成类似于英国工党保守党灯党派，议会改制。此外，气候变化导致死火山复活，2085年富士山喷发，日本接近灭世等。如果懂一些圣经及宗教知识，更好读一些，很多内容阐述时和宗教夹在一起。
