(第一次逐字逐句地啃完一本英文書籍). 這本書講解瞭如何尋找解決問題的思路、如何製定計劃、如何對比方案, 將這種隱性知識, 係統清晰地錶述齣來. 非常推薦.

2013-07-12讀畢，作者曾在麥肯锡工作，所采用的解決問題的方法也是從假設齣發（假設是在界定總問題的前提下，分解為子問題），然後運用決策樹將子問題進一步分解為更小的問題，並采用頭腦風暴使這種分散不遺漏，同時通過邏輯推理閤並同類項，使之不重復。再運用書中提供的其他工具給予各種小問題以權重，然後決定行動的優先級（這種權重可能會因為谘詢他人，改變影響因素，從而發生改變），最後通過實施來驗證假設，完善解決問題的方案。
