沃爾夫岡•希弗爾布施（Wolfgang Schivelbusch, 1941—）
德國曆史學傢、文化研究學者，1972年於柏林自由大學獲博士學位，研究領域為文學、社會學和哲學，現居紐約、柏林。沃爾夫岡是一名獨立研究者，不供職於任何一傢研究機構，他以精神史研究路徑而被人廣泛熟知，在觀念史與文化史研究領域也有所建樹，他將埃利亞斯視為主要的影響以及靈感來源之一。2003年於柏林獲海因裏希•曼藝術學院奬，2013年於漢堡獲萊辛城市奬。

评分很紮實的技術史社會史研究，除瞭最後的技術+文化雙重決定論有點不能令人信服。
评分160325 初稿。快要纍趴瞭。作者的腦洞非常大，裝個兩三列火車不成問題，許多地方真是讓人感覺：你XX就是在跑火車。但是，豆瓣的評價還算高，書本身也挺有趣。許多地方幾乎hold不住。但還是敬請期待。
评分評論有人在說這種純純的馬剋思的經濟／技術決定論為啥要扯上弗洛伊德，我覺得弗洛伊德那裏蠻好的啊，因為從另一方麵看也可以說是在現代人的精神史中定位火車嘛。
