著者簡介

吳敬璉，首屆中國經濟學傑齣貢獻奬得主。1954年畢業於復旦大學經濟係。現任國務院發展研究中心研究員，中國社會科學院研究生院教授，北京大學經濟學院博士生導師，中歐國際工商學院寶鋼經濟學教席教授，國際經濟學會（IEA）執行委員會顧問，國際管理學會（IAM）會員。

他在中國最早提齣並倡導市場化改革，是“市場取嚮改革論”的主要代錶人物。他也是經濟體製比較研究學科的開創者之一，引介傳播瞭眾多對中國經濟理論和改革實踐有益的現代經濟理論和國際經驗。他在不同時期的理論主張和政策建議（如建設法治的市場經濟、建立現代公司製度、國有經濟的戰略性改組、大力發展中小企業、反對權貴資本主義、推動增長模式轉型等），推動瞭中國改革事業的前進。

主要研究領域為理論經濟學、比較製度分析、中國社會轉型的理論和政策。
