豆瓣评分惊人地高---9.3， 整本书就一句中国老话，吃苦是福。不过作者也提醒，可以不吃的苦还是不吃为好：）ps:前半部分句子实在是啰嗦亢长，一个原因可能是从德语译英文，还有就是作者是心理医生，医生写文章段落都贼长，各种长难句，给四星吧..

来上海的火车上随便在kindle里找了一本来读，本以为是拓展一下元首时代的历史，这个书远远超过预期，于是我有了些新的想法。当作者在告别集中营很多天后，在田野中独自走着走着，突然听到云雀的欢鸣，看到阳光的夺目，一下子跪倒在地，终于意识到自由终究来临。那是一种多么赞叹的幸福！！！

——还是无法被存在主义说服，意义疗法的局限性在于它默认的基本前提：人需要承受痛苦。——这个前提是伪的。
