这本了不起的小册子是由一位前HP内部顾问写的，这本书是 XPLANE（Dave创建的视觉思维公司）很多顾问方法的基石。它充满了简单的，容易理解的画和“秘法”，可以帮你用报事贴与他人合作，视觉化解决问题。我经常引用它。贤凯注：这是引导法的基本工具。另外，在《演说之禅》中也有张照片表示，苹果电脑集思广益的时候也是用这个方法。非常管用。
