they say that 'time washes'--time never did wash;an actual gem washed out,as hills do,with ages."Time is a test of trouble,But not a remedy.If such it prove,it prove too,There was no malady."多年之後，當我想起昨日的下午，我會明白我是從Emily Dickinson開始明白瞭詩的靈性。

"After a hundred years/ Nobody knows the place, ---/ Agony, that enacted there,/ Motionless as peace."最喜歡的幾句。

此書的確是普及本中的普及本啊，沒有非常Dickinson的短綫(dash)！不過詩是真好——真好。
