著者簡介

1954年3月生於南京，祖籍福建同安。是當代著名作傢茹誌鵑的次女。1955年剛滿一歲便隨父母進入上海，從此，具有著說不清、道不白的“雙重身份”：既是地地道道的“上海人”，也永遠隻是上海的“外來妹”。1961年入淮海中路小學，1967年入嚮明中學讀初中，並開始發錶作品。1969年（15歲）初中沒畢業就到安徽省北部（淮北）五河縣農村插隊。1972年（18歲）考入江蘇省徐州地區文工團，在樂隊拉大提琴，並參加一些創作活動。

“文革”結束後，1978年調入上海中國兒童福利會《兒童時代》雜誌社任編輯，1980年曾到北京中國作協文學講習所學習。這年，她因在《北京文學》（1980年第6期）上發錶《雨，沙沙沙》而引人注目。1987年調入上海作傢協會創作室任專業作傢，後擔任中國作協理事，上海作協副主席等職。
