評分对英文原著给的是5星，中文的，如果有负分的话，真想给个负分。 翻译的同学，我觉得你还是要稍微对原著有点尊重。如果实在看不懂的话，还请译者从google翻译直接抄过来好了，就这样都比你自己翻译的清楚。 我怀疑Y就没认真看过书的内容。随便举个例子：P64页，“面向任务的访谈...
評分够详细够全面，详细的有点过头了，最适合初学者看了。不过部分内容，还是有待深挖。毕竟是几年前的书了。 btw，国内公司很少这么科学决策的，除开bta，所以实践者要有不受待见的心理准备。 （豆瓣你是不是疯了，要多少字啊。。。。。。）

如果是introduction還是蠻閤適的，可以作為check list來參考，但是邊做邊學會更有效喔
评分適閤做入門讀物
评分高屋建瓴的大作。 但是對於一般創業型小公司，感覺在特定的時段和環境下，截取相應的隻言片語作為參考都受益很多。 書中的很多方法論是財大氣粗公司的做法。對於創業型小公司隻能參考。
