作者的观点有些偏激。 首先，计算机世界是这样一个人群维护的，如果期望改观现状，必需要从这样的人群中寻找内部的力量。任何群体都不会轻易放弃自己的发言权，在职场上这样的发言权更意味着薪酬和地位，程序员群体也一样。 其次，所谓设计师是一个平衡者，而不是一个艺术家...

在这本书中，作者基本上没有对具体的开发说什么，主要是想让整个软件开发行业建立起一种制度，让交互设计师也可以在里面有自己的位置。其实很多东西都是不言自明的，很多东西每个人都在说，软件是给用户用的，当然要以用户为中心，为了自己公司的持续发展，又不能完全按照用户...

书的名字很长，不过基本反应了本书的目的。看完这本书后，我才发现软件是多么难用，做为一名使用计算机多年的老手，尚且有诸多不便（哦，你还找的到上个星期下载在你硬盘某个角落的文件了么，再上个星期呢）更不提其他非专业人士了。我们习惯花了很多精力把界面做的异常华丽，...
