作為入門的第二本書，我是第一次看到具體介紹persona，goal和scenarios的具體用法。很多人說這本書不咋地。我倒感覺已經過去13年瞭，很多想法其實在現在仍舊valid，已經算難得瞭。當然，最後看完印象最深刻的是關於gray-hair money和brain money的討論。這對我一個應屆正在決定工作offer的人來說，算得上是無心插柳瞭。

翻遍了互联网的所有网上书店，就是找不到哪里有卖这本书，基本上都是“缺货”…… 郁闷，过去还真没有觉得这么需要读一下这本书，现在因为买不到则变得更加饥渴了。。。。。

这本书应该给程序员们好好读读.书中并没有讲很多详细的这里该怎么设计,那里该怎么设计之类的,更多的是一种让你思想上的转变,可以让你认识交互设计的重要性.如果对交互设计有兴趣倒是可以读读,可以更清楚的明白交互设计的重要性.

观念更新不是一二，思想还是程序化的多，没有美学 面向商务，好在案例清晰 程序猿的优点完全是头势清晰 扫清辨识概念各种 厉害的角色 不能当书读。所谓回归人本结果还是机器做工，代码统治？一开始我interactive interaction不分的，后来穿插翻课内信息系统分析设计，讲到交互...

有那么一些时候，我也有“这让我看上去像个白痴！”的尴尬。比如有次在对着某人的家庭影院遥控器上密密麻麻的按键手足无措的时候。这个我当时，曾经，喜欢过的人问我：需要我教你吗？那一刻我窘的无地自容…… 屡遭各种“没礼貌”的设计冒犯的Cooper老先生在这本200多页的书里...
