給三星實在是因為乾貨不夠多，文風太羅嗦。當然不斷重復是設計師重要的技巧。PartIV不錯，比較有實用價值。但是作者還是解決不瞭睏惱我很久的問題。http://www.douban.com/photos/photo/2162739847/

作為入門的第二本書，我是第一次看到具體介紹persona，goal和scenarios的具體用法。很多人說這本書不咋地。我倒感覺已經過去13年瞭，很多想法其實在現在仍舊valid，已經算難得瞭。當然，最後看完印象最深刻的是關於gray-hair money和brain money的討論。這對我一個應屆正在決定工作offer的人來說，算得上是無心插柳瞭。

这是一本非常值得细细品味的书 个人读书比较囫囵，但这本书个人实在只舍得精读，呵呵 作者用非常幽默的文风陈述着交互设计的重要性 而它的比喻尤其使得人觉得获益良多 “斯德哥尔摩症候群”，跳舞的熊 让人记忆深刻而发人深省
