This is a great book for all ages. It's also a good book if one does not have a big chunk of time - Pick a letter and read it whenever you have time. It's about daily life, things we all has and will run into. It's nice to read someone else's opinion. Besides the author's point of view is very insightful.

评分和其他这种建议类的书籍不同的是作者说的都是真话，而且很多都是从她自己的亲身经历得来的，所以很难得，也很苦。作者似乎把人间能够经历的苦都经历了，尤其是她的父亲对她的否定和失去母亲的痛苦。看着别人的问题，都不相信这个世界居然会这么糟糕。所以一口气看完的话，太沉重了。

评分只说其中的一篇，母亲离世以后，这是第一次有人离我的内心最近距离地对我的抚慰，我简直想把这篇印出来贴在我的心窝。感谢是在这个时候，而不是过早的时候，认识了dear sugar。其他好几篇也看得我心情起伏荡漾。这是一碗特别好喝的鸡汤。
